The accumulation of volatile fatty acids (VFAs) through the anaerobic fermentation organic waste, such as strawberry extrudate, is proposed for this work. A hydrothermal treatment was carried out, and it to break complex matrix extrudate favour hydrolysis stage digestion process. production from treated untreated evaluated by adjusting pH 5 9.
